Please note that The Renting Homes (Fees etc) (Wales) Act came into effect on 1 September 2019 and as such, no fees are applied unless stated on our Tenant Fee Schedule which is available at our office and attached to your contract.
- All Contract Applications require one week's rent as a holding deposit. This will be credited towards your first month's rent or deposit as long as the application is completed within 15 days.* Please ask the agent for further details.
- All new contract holders must pay a Bond (usually equivalent to one month's rent) which will be registered with The Deposit Protection Service (Custodial). And held in accordance with the Deposit Protection Service Terms & Conditions.

- Late Rent Payment
Unless notified and agreed prior. Any late payment will result in immediate charges on the next working day. - £24.00
Late Rent Reminders
If we have no reply from emails/text/calls a letter will be sent out and a charge applied. - £15.00
- Payment at Fault
If a payment bounces or an extra payment is made by the tenant by mistake and needs refunding. - £24.00
- Change of Tenant/ Contract Holder during the Contract
NOT RECOMMENDED, However, if it is necessary a new tenant must be found by the tenant and will be liable until a new contract is signed by all parties. - £50
- Keys/Fobs
If a key or fob is lost and needs replacing. - £24.00 per key
- Damage/Repairs
The tenant will be invoiced for any damage caused during the contract. (proof will be available)
To be agreed via DPS or prior to tenancy end.
- Emergency Callouts - Out of Hours Service
If a tenant is locked out of their house/room and access is required. If an emergency is caused by the tenant.
- 8.00am – 8.00pm - £24.00
- 8.00pm – 8.00am - £48.00
