All our available Properties are listed on this web site, Zoopla and Onthemarket, and you can use our Property Alerts service to automatically receive details of new properties which match your requirements.
When you do find a Property you are interested in, we will arrange a viewing accompanied by a member of staff who can help you with any questions you may have about the Property or the tenancy process.
If you would like to reserve a Property, we will need you to complete an application form and provide us with ID and a £50.00 + vat administration fee per person (max £80.00 + vat per household). You will then need to pay a deposit, this is usually equivalent to one month rent, we can then agree your move-in date and send you the Tenancy Agreement. We will process your application by applying for reference checks and guarantors if required. We will not carry out any more viewings whilst we await the outcome for these checks. Once your Credit & Reference checks have passed, you will be required to return to sign the tenancy agreement and collect keys.
Tenancy periods are normally 6 or 12 months and the tenancy is usually governed by an Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement, combined with check in/out photos.
We provide a friendly and personal service during your entire tenancy, and are always available to help should you have a problem. Your deposit is fully protected by the Deposit Protection Service, and we are members of Client Money Protect and The Property Ombudsman for added peace of mind.
If you change your mind prior to signing the tenancy agreement, you will loose the admin fee but will be returned your full deposit.
If you require to leave during a tenancy or once signed, we will require the property to be filled before we can cancel any agreements, you will continue to be liable until a new tenancy is in place.
